CALISTHENICS CLUB
Team practice for the 2012 Calisthenic Year commenced the week beginning 17th October 2011. Please refer to the appropriate age section listed below for practice days, times and venues.

LESSON TIMES
Please note that girls need to arrive at their hall 15 minutes before the lesson start time dressed in a black leotard (or similar) and with their hair in a bun (no fringe). All girls must bring a bottle of water with them to every lesson to keep them hydrated, especially in the summer months!
Sub-Juniors, Juniors & Intermerdiates also need to bring their clubs & rod.
